We’ve qualified for the All Ireland in Athlone!!!!  See below the report from the Athlone festival website (http://www.dramafestival.ie/press.htm).

Bradán Players Knock Reigning Champions Out Of Festival Line-Up (29-03-2010)In a nail-biting finish to this years RTÉ All Ireland Drama Festival Circuit, Estuary Players, who were All Ireland champions in 2008 and 2009, have been denied the opportunity to defend their title at the Athlone finals. With eight groups already qualified, the ninth position was dependent on the result of Cavan Drama festival which concluded last Sunday night. Estuary had completed their circuit of festivals and were sitting in ninth position on the league table. However, the only group that could jump them in the final count was their Leinster rivals, Bradán Players from Leixlip who needed a win at Cavan to place them ahead of Estuary. Their production of “Mauritius” by American writer, Theresa Rebeck was enough to impress adjudicator Brian Majoribanks to award the Co Kildare group 1st place and the coveted place in the All Ireland Finals.
